When they go out with the buddies they are interviewing them to see if they are a good fit. One of the main reasons people fail at network marketing is that they don’t no how to tell someone they probably wouldn’t make a good fit. They are more interested in the little sign up bonuses rather than the big picture.
There are three things you absolutely need to build a better team for success in your network marking business.
#1. You need to have a lead generation system. Going to friends and family just doesn’t work anymore. If you don’t market yourself as a leader you will fail. The leads from a lead generating system can give you quality leads because people are opting in to get the information you are giving.
#2. You need a good sorting system. You cannot be afraid of rejection. You need to qualify that new lead that has come from your lead generating system. Spend time with that lead and get to know them. Ask them pertinent questions that will tell you if they are a worker or a builder. Needless to say you want the builders so you can build a better team for better success for your network marketing business.
#3. You need an easy duplication system. People get lazy and sign up for a business thinking all they have to do is sit back and the money comes rolling in. They have no clue how to succeed. But by having the three steps mentioned above you can get them involved in this easy process to success.
